Elisabeth Antoine was born and raised in France. After working in the medical field for several years, she decided to pursue art as a career. Elisabeth uses a multitude of mediums, from oil to acrylic to epoxy, as well as mixed media. She currently resides in New Jersey, teaching private art classes and showing her art in several galleries. She has also held exhibits in New York and Paris. In addition, Elisabeth has applied her artistic talent to food art, and is the co-author of a series of six dessert cookbooks for children, Be Sweet.
